Review generation and reputation for a med spa
Review count is the lever with the shortest path to more bookings in this category. The median med spa has 50 reviews, 20.2% have fewer than ten, and the clinics holding map pack slots in a real metro sit closer to the 90th percentile at 333.
Most clinics stall not because clients are unwilling but because nobody asks at the right moment. That moment is checkout, face to face, while the front desk runs the card. Follow it with a text inside the hour containing the direct review link and nothing else.
The constraint that makes this different from every other trade: you cannot ask in a way that discloses what someone was treated for, you cannot offer anything of value in exchange, and you cannot answer a review by confirming a treatment. A reply thanking someone for trusting you with her filler is a disclosure.
Reply to every review inside 48 hours, in language that would be fine on a billboard. Two weeks in, working looks like a request going out after every visit and a per-person tally at the front desk. The reviews guide has the scripts.
