Website design and rebuilds for a med spa
10.3% of med spas have no website linked to their Google profile, and the gap shows up in the data: the median listing with a website has 57 reviews against 11 for one without. With a ticket of several hundred dollars and an emotional decision, the site is where the objection gets handled.
Aesthetic sites fail the same way. They open with a stock photo of a woman in a robe, list twenty treatments as icons, and never state a price, a provider name, or what happens at the consult. The visitor leaves and does not come back.
What the site has to do: name the medical director and every injector with credentials and a real photo, give a price range per treatment area, say what the consult costs and whether it applies to treatment, show the membership, and let someone book on a phone in under two seconds of load time. Results imagery belongs here, with consent on file, not in your ads.
Two weeks in, working means a page per treatment, a booking flow that finishes on a phone, and a visible drop in calls that only ask what things cost. The website checklist covers the rest.
